I have my Insurance Number, DBS, references and I have been living in Manchester (City Centre) since March /2012 with my husband that is carrying out a Post Doctoral Research at Manchester Business Scholl.

My native language is Portuguese (Brazil), I'm an advanced English speaker and writer, intermediate Spanish speaker. I don't speak Italian.

I'm a Psychologist strongly focused in within HR (previous experience as recruiter, interviewer, application and correction of tests, etc.), administrative services (Entrepreneur), Customer Services, Brazilian Portuguese On line moderator, proof-reader, translator, market researcher, healthcare researcher and Brazilian Portuguese telephone interviewer (B2B). At this moment I've been working for over a year, as freelance, in a Marketing Company in Manchester, as Brazilian On line moderator.

In Brazil, I worked for almost 16 years within a Family Business as Manager of property sector (rental properties). My work was very similar from the work advertised (Customer Services Administrator). My main duty was maintain efficient and effective administrative processes in order to support the business functions and to ensure compliance with legal and statutory duties. I feel very comfortable to work in this position because it’s something that I did for a long time as it’s described on my work responsibilities described below. Little things are different but receiving the training and development opportunities this will help me to adapt to the proposed role.

I'm a responsible, committed and hard worker professional, self-motivated, with a can do attitude. I'm an analytic, articulated and versatile person, able to work under pressure, in multi tasks, always prioritizing results and deadlines. I'm highly organised and a disciplined person. I have excellent communication skills, I'm friendly and approachable. I work on own initiative and as part of a team, helping and supporting others. I enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultures and I am open to new ideas and experiences. I'm always open and willing to learn new professional practices.

Many thanks for your attention.

Look forward to hearing from you,
