Part of my experience is written below. You can also choose to visit my profile on Linked In to know me a little more.Since 1986 I have been developing and participating in education-related projects, including:
- Corporate projects developed for large, medium and small business and companies;
- Projects aimed at upgrading teachers, students and citizens;
- Short, medium and long term courses;
- Target audience comprised of entrepreneurs, managers, executives of large multinationals, managers at strategic, tactical and operational functions;
I have had projects with teenagers in youth groups. I taught to young people between 14 and 17 for two consecutive years, in about 6 classes per year, reaching more than 20 classes, about 180 students per period.
- My studies on learning assessment began in 2002 and these theme was deepened between 2006 and 2010 through research.
- Projects involving distance education started in 2002. I participated as a developer of virtual learning environments, such as support for students, teachers and researchers, such as content-such as course manager and tutor teacher. I have tutored more than 50 on line classes over 10 years of experience.
- Activities related to Business Administration started in 1983. I developed computer information systems for business, production, real estate, corporate systems (inventory, sales, purchasing, marketing, etc.).
Some other courses I have taken helped me to manage stress during periods of stress related to academic activities: Transcendental Meditation, Silva Mind Control Method, Yoga, Bioenergetics, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis. Learning flute and guitar were also important in my training.
In 2006 I started the study groups. By 2010 focused on proposed Pichon Riviere for the Operative Groups focused on the Task. I learned that for creating a group or community you must follow several stages. Just like a Computerized System or Project.
In 2009 I award a diploma form EMPRETEC, an entrepreneurship course structured by the United Nations and delivered by SEBRAE – Empretec. The course develops entrepreneurial skills and has transformed the lives of many people (yes, it transforms entrepreneurs and consequently all that are around them: employees, colleagues, suppliers, family and friends).In July, 2014 I complemented my skills concluding a Life Coach course in England, to formalise my abilities.
