Since 2012 holds a visitor academic position at MOMS Division, Manchester Business School, working with Dr. Babis Theodoulidis. Graduated in Business Administration (1986, UFRJ). Diploma in Computer Programming (1985, PUC-RJ). PostGrad Certificate in Systems Analysis (1988, PUC-RJ); MBA in ICT (FGV-RJ); M.Sc. in Informatics applied to education (2004, UFRJ); PhD. in Production Engineering (2010, UFRJ).
In Health care area, in 1999, he innovated by creating and moderating the Brazilian Fertility and Endometriosis Association Forum, on the Internet. The forum became a common reference about the disease. In 2000 he collaborated on designing, programming and implementing a solution based on internet-sent files about planned expenditures for more than 5500 municipalities using for Brazil Heatlh Information System t (SIOPS). The project earned the award for Innovations in Public Management Federal – Award Helio Beltrao in 2001.
In 2003 his M.Sc. project won the National PAPED awards, for Distance Learning Projects, from Ministry of Education. In 2006 he highlighted the importance of Datasus, Ministry of Health – having a standard content management system (CMS) for users of health services and systems.
In 2010 conducted a distance learning course about foundations of Brazil`s Health System to over 100 healthcare professionals and students. In 2011 he was invited to present at the Ministry of Health in Brasilia, the use of virtual Forums as a helpful tool for Knowledge Management.
In 2013 he created the SRIG – Service Research Innovation Group Brazil, aiming service network development, in Brazil and connecting to global groups. In 2014 collaborated in the MBS winning team at the SRII Health Care Analytics + Hackathon Day.

Associate Researcher to LABFUZZY (Laboratory for Fuzzy Mathematical Modelling) and PhD student in Industrial Engineering at Production Engineering Program at COPPE/UFRJ (Brazil) having Prof Carlos Cosenza as supervisor. Currently he is developing his research as visiting PhD student at Loughborough University under Prof David Pitfield supervising, with scholarship provided by CAPES (Brazilian agency). Most of his recent works and scholarly interests involve fuzzy logic application for airport performance perception evaluation, logistics and infrastructure.
He received a M.Sc. degree in “Logistics Engineering Management” from National University, San Diego (USA), MBA in “Transport and Logistics” from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil), and B.Sc. in “Economics” from Universidade Federal Fluminense (Brazil). He has previous professional experience embracing areas of planning, feasibility studies and projects especially in logistics and infrastructure.

Fabio Krykhtine (37) is Master of Science in Industrial Engineering/COPPE UFRJ, MBA in Project Management and Bachelor of Cultural Production/UFF. He is an assistant professor and researcher at COPPE UFRJ in the area of Project Evaluation Industrial and Technological from Program of Production Engineering and also contribute to the Centre for Advanced Studies coordinated by professors emeritus Carlos Alberto Nunes Cosenza and Francisco Doria.
Multidisciplinary professional with experience in communications, marketing, technology and project management, modelling work has significant economic indicators for mapping consumer desire – Algorithm of Desire Consumption, highlighted in the press release from the Presidency of the Republic on matters of the page Folha de Sao Paulo (2012).
He has published papers in international journals and conferences: International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (2012) and Independent Journal of Management and Production (2013). Served as researcher at COPPE UFRJ allocated to the project location for new sites for installation of nuclear power plants in Brazil, working with the project coordination and meeting the demands of the presidency of Eletronuclear (2010).
He also has developed international campaigns in Luanda/Angola for the INSS (social security) and the National Civil Identification working as a project manager in DGM Systems (2007), group company WMD. He is a member of KLAM MULTIMIDIA, technology-based company that develops computer applications for automation and process control, sales force and research through the integration of tablets and data servers.
He has a broad knowledge in physical sciences and nature, mathematics, economics and specialized in fuzzy logic, supervising researchers Masters and Doctoral theses in developing applications with decision-making and prioritization of alternatives through fuzzy logic. Acts as leader of the research group LABFUZZY COPPE UFRJ, registered at CNPq (National Counsel of Technological and Scientific Development) and acts as a researcher with the LABRISK UFF – Engineering Laboratory High Complexity.
